"Speed Metal Symphony, the predominantly instrumental Speed Metal Symphony, fused classical and hard rock styles with Friedman's preference towards exotic scales (especially obvious in the song "The Ninja"). It featured exceptionally fast, melodic and technical music that could only be equalled by other virtuosi such as Yngwie Malmsteen. It has been heralded as one of the most awe-inspiring instrumental guitar albums of all time. The title track, "Speed Metal Symphony", was an incredible combination of amazing lead solos and fast rhythm guitar."

A Dozen Furies was a hardcore/metalcore band from Dallas, Texas. They were the winners of the 2004 MTV reality show Battle for Ozzfest. They were awarded a spot on the 10th anniversary of Ozzfest as well as a record deal with Sanctuary Records. They released one studio album on Sanctuary, A Concept From Fire on September 13, 2005 before they disbanded in 2006.Each member of the band fits together perfectly. I can never hear a guitar riff or a drum beat out of place. When they were making A Concept From FIre they must have worked very hard to get everying to fit together. The bass complements the drums, the guitars go great with the feel of the song and the vocals make it all work together. A Dozen Furies blends together faced paced heavy riffs with a melodic element that makes it all work. On ACFF A Dozen Furies make all of the intruments sound so full, whenever they want it to be known that Marc can shred like a maniac, or that Mike can play amazing fills the rest of the band takes a back seat to them. "Vital Remains is a US death metal band. Death metallists Vital Remains formed during 1989, and hail from Providence, Rhode Island - influenced by the likes of Venom, Celtic Frost, Bathory, Mercyful Fate, Sodom, and Destruction. Since Dawn of the Apocalypse, vocals were taken over by Glen Benton (frontman of well known death metal band Deicide), in 2001, though the lyrics are written by the rest of the band. Dechristianize was released in 2003 to much critical acclaim. "
Dechristianize is one of the most hateful albums against religion, it has ever made. The intro starts with rainy sound and it is heard the discussion at the background of anthem. Then first song begins with screaming of Glen Benton "'Let the killing begin!". The lyrics are very striker and provocative. Especially the song "Dechirstianize" has strong rebellious lyrics "I deny god and all religion!". The albums is composed of long song which have lots of long solos. If you like death metal, you have to listen this album!
